Introduction
TUW-IT130 immersion solution is a single-phase refrigerant compounded with safe and environmental protection high flash point alkane solvent, which is used for efficient heat dissipation and refrigeration of data electronic equipment such as large computers / server groups / data processing centers. When in use, the equipment is directly immersed in it, the immersion liquid basically remains liquid under normal working conditions, and liquid-phase convection is used to realize efficient heat exchange and refrigeration.

1、Product features
1)Single phase refrigerant, no phase change, slow solvent volatilization, no need to seal and no need to add liquid frequently;
2)Safety and environmental protection, high flash point, non-toxic and harmless, low environmental impact;
3)The unit price and daily consumption are low, and the comprehensive use cost is much lower than that of two-phase coolant such as fluorinated liquid;
4)Excellent electrical insulation and chemical inertia, especially suitable for precision electronic / computing equipment;
5)Good thermal conductivity and diffusion performance, suitable for liquid refrigerants
2、Precautions for use
Add the immersion liquid directly into the equipment to the set capacity, start the circulating pump for continuous heat dissipation and refrigeration, or adopt the constant temperature control system to ensure that the system temperature is within the required range. During long-term use, the performance index and effective capacity of the immersion solution shall be tested regularly. If necessary, the immersion solution shall be supplemented or replaced in time to ensure the stable and reliable operation of the system.

1.Long term single-phase refrigeration of Mainframe / server group / data processing center equipment;
2.Cooling / radiating medium of other telecommunication / precision electronic equipment;
3.Cooling / radiating medium of circuit board / mainboard.
