Product introduction
TUW40 Perfluoro-conpound is a colorless transparent perfluorinated chemical with good chemicalinertia, electrical insulation, thermal conductivity and very low surface tension. It is mainly used in semiconductor manufacturing plants as heat conduction medium. Its liquid temperature ranges from - 55 ℃ to 155 ℃, which is mainly used in etching equipment, ion implantation equipment, testing equipment and other equipment. Because TUW40 is a single component, it will not degrade or expire. TUW40 has high boiling point and less volatilization with time.
TUW Perfluoro-compound TUW 40 material compatibility
TUW Perfluoro-conpound TUW-40 liquid is compatible with most metals, plastics and elastomers.
Toxicity curve
Perfluoro-conpound TUW-40 has no irritation to the skin, the least irritation to the eyes when in contact, and is almost non-toxic when taken orally. Material safety data sheets are available on request.
Safety and operation
Before using this product, please read the current product material safety data sheet (available through TUW sales or technical service representative) and the prevention instructions on the product packaging. Follow all applicable precautions and instructions. Perfluoro-conpound TUW-40 is nonflammable and highly heat-resistant to decomposition and hydrolysis during storage and use.Recommended handling procedures are given in the MSDS.

Environmental attributes
The ozone depletion potential of electronic fluorinated liquid tuw40 is zero. TUW-40 e Perfluoro-conpound is a perfluorocarbon (PFC), which has high global warming potential and long atmospheric life. Therefore, it should be managed carefully to minimize emissions.
TUW recommends that users of TUW-40 Perfluoro-conpoundfurther limit emissions by adopting good protective measures and implementing recovery, recycling or appropriate disposal procedures. TUW provides a used liquid reflux procedure.
