1.  ProductIntroduction

 

TUW-2704 Electronic grade coating protective agent is a fluoropolymer protective product using hydrofluoroether as a solvent. For moisture-proof and anti-corrosion protection of printed circuit boards and electronic components, TUW-2704 electronic grade coating protective fluoride solution can quickly form a very thin film after coating,whichhasexcellenthydrophobicandoilrepellentproperties.Noadditional curing process is required, making it very easy to apply, remove, and repair. The solvents and polymers in the TUW-2704 electronic grade coating protective fluoride solutionareverysafesubstancesthatdonotdamagetheozonelayerandcomplywith RoHS requirements. This polymer contains an orange yellow dye group that can emit fluorescence under blue or ultraviolet radiation, which is beneficial for coating detection and quality monitoring in production processes.

5.    Product  storageandtransportation 

 

 

    This product should be stored in a clean, dry, well ventilated environment. In order to avoid thermal decomposition, the coating solution should be avoided from being heatedabove150(302°F),andthedryfluorinatedpolymerfilmshouldbeavoided frombeingheatedabove250(482°F).Whenthestorageconditionsareat16-27(60-80°F)andinanenvironmentwitharelativehumidityoflessthan60%,andin an unopened container in the original packaging, the shelf life is considered to be 2 years from the production date. It is transported as a non hazardous material. Avoid severe oscillation during transportation and avoid inversion during stacking.

 

 

 6.    Product  Safetyand Precautions

1)   Local normal protection and industrial hygiene regulations regarding chemical treatment must be followed, and thermal decomposition products must not be inhaled. Avoid skin contact with high-temperature substances.

2)   Do not eat, drink, or smoke when using this product. Thoroughly clean after operation.Avoidreleaseintotheenvironment.Avoidcontactwithoxidantssuchas chlorine, chromic acid, etc.

 

3)   When using this product, you should follow the information and recommendations providedinourchemicalsafetytechnicalmanual.Basic
