Physical Introduction:
TUW Electronic fluorinated liquid TUW-3283 is a clear, colourless, thermally stable, fully-fluorinated liquid ideal for use in many single phase heat transfer applications in the semiconductor manufacturing industry. Its liquid range (-50°C to 122°C) makes it ideal for a variety of applications such as etchers, ion implanters, testers and others. Because liquid TUW-3283
is primarily a single compound, its composition will not shift or fractionate with time. This keeps fluid loss to a minimum and insures that transport properties will not change with time

TUW Electronic fluorinated liquid TUW-3283 Materials Compatibility:
TUW Electronic fluorinated liquid TUW-3283 liquid is compatible with most metals, plastics and elastomers.
Toxicity Profile:
1. Ideal chemical inertness, which can be widely used in various temperature control and heat dissipation occasions, such as liquid cooling safety protection of energy storage lithium battery.
2. Single phase cooling has low pressure increase, which can reduce the sealing requirements of the equipment, save consumption in later maintenance and reduce the cost.
3. Non dangerous goods will not explode or have no ignition point
4. Good electrical insulation, with extremely high breakdown voltage greater than 40kV.
5. Dielectric constants below 2 will not lose data in data center applications.
6. Good fluidity and lower viscosity than that of clean water; It can flow and dissipate heat in the temperature control system.

Toxicity Profile:
Electronic fluorinated liquid tuw-3283 has no irritation to the skin, the least irritation to the eyes after contact, and is almost non-toxic when taken orally. Material safety data sheets are available on request.

Before using this product, please read the current product Material Safety Data Sheet (available through your TUW sales or technical service representative) and the precautionary statement on the product package. Follow all applicable precautions and directions. Electronic fluorinated liquid TUW-3283 liquid is nonflammable, and is highly resistant to thermal breakdown and hydrolysis in storage and during use. Recommended handling procedures are given in the Material Safety Data Sheet
Environmental Properties:
Electronic fluorinated liquid TUW-3283 has zero ozone depletion potential. TUW-3283 Electronic fluorinated liquid, a perfluorocarbon (PFC), has a high global warming potential and a long atmospheric lifetime. As such, it should be carefully managed so as to minimize emissions.
T U W recommends that users of TUW-3283 Electronic fluorinated liquid further limit emissions by employing good conservation practices, and by implementing recovery, recycling and/or proper disposal procedures. TUW offers a program for used fluid return
